does a person need to have so much experience with the associate’s degree, to make up for not having a bacholer’s degree?

Even with a bachelors or a Masters you would have it hard finding a job. Employers care about experience, experience and experience. It’s a really tough business out there now. With an Associates, you won’t really be that much above all the others anyway. Most employers don’t really care too much about it and just see it as a degree on your way to your bachelors. So I would keep going with your studies and try to work in the meantime if you can. You can possibly even do internships and instead of classes. It depends on your school. Then you can fill up your resume more and will be a lot more marketable.

If you posess a degree – or any other qualification – then you’ll already be in front of of the bunch when it comes to searching for careers. My buddy has a degree and he wasn’t certain what direction to go with it, but he uncovered some great guidance on the resource in the resource box below which guided him to decide that he wanted to be a lab assistant. There is loads of help on the resource regarding other careers.
