I go to school online through Upper Iowa University – sounds obscure where I am from (in NJ), but they have an excellent program… their online MBA program is in the top 50 and compete with schools like Purdue and Arizona State’s online programs.

What I looked for was a school that had an actual campus. Chances are those schools are going to be accredited. Upper Iowa is a big school in Iowa and has campuses throughout the state and in other midwestern states. Also ask if they are regionally or nationally accredited – I was told that while both are preferable, the regional accreditation is most important. However, you can probably find both. Lastly, do some research – I googled best online colleges, etc.
