The issue you are having is that you are not clear on the process of certification. No schools offer that major, because teacher certification is post-graduate work. Look into your universities graduate program and you’ll see they all have teacher programs.
Check the state colleges first, because states certify their own teachers – every single cal state offers teacher credentialing programs.
get your bachelors first (in the subject you wish to teach) then when close to graduating, apply to the schools graduate teacher credentialing program to get your methods and curriculum courses. many of the Cal states offer blended programs for juniors or higher to get some of the graduate requirements out of the way early.
